Clean rooms and friendly staff. Lots of fun local tours nearby, and the pancake machine at breakfast was a hit!

The staff greet you like old friends. The location dazzles with nearby restaurants and attractions.
That bed felt like a board game gone rogue.

Excellent location in the Little Italy district; everything is within walking distance. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but I struggled with the harsh lighting that made nighttime trips to the bathroom disruptive. Staff attention varied; one receptionist was quite helpful, while another's attitude fell flat when handling a name discrepancy. Breakfast was decent but felt repetitive, and the absence of a microwave or coffee machine was disappointing. The parking situation was a bit confusing too. Despite these quirks, the value and neighborhood charm make it a solid choice overall.

During my stay, I found it so easy to stroll around the beautiful city since it was just a short walk to the piers and surrounded by fantastic food and entertainment, with the National Aquarium, Holocaust Memorial, and American Visionary Art Museum all within about a 15-minute walk, making sightseeing a breeze;

The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. I appreciated the walk-in shower and dispensers for toiletries, which felt modern and convenient. The room was clean but smaller than expected. Noise from upstairs neighbors made it hard to relax at times. No microwave was a hassle; I had to make multiple trips to the lobby to heat things up. A coffee and tea service in the room would be ideal. I found crumbs in the bed's wooden structure, indicating a need for better cleaning. some amenities could enhance the experience significantly.

The staff here were super friendly and welcoming. Tony gave us some great recommendations for local eateries in Little Italy, and Miriam and the Manager really went above and beyond to help us with transportation to a concert venue. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made for a nice stay overall. the early morning construction noise outside and the lack of alternative milk at breakfast were a bit disappointing. It's the little things that count, right? On the bright side, the location of the hotel was convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The partnership with a parking garage across the road was a smart solution for parking, which I appreciated. But the uncomfortable bed and lack of room amenities like additional pillows or room refresh during the stay were definitely drawbacks. The breakfast, although it did the job, was nothing out of the ordinary. The pancake maker made weird pancakes, and the fruit display could use some rearranging to avoid touching each other. having water provided in the room would have been a nice touch. the Tru hotel has its perks like friendly staff and a good location, but there are some areas for improvement in terms of room comfort and breakfast offerings. Just a few tweaks here and there would make a big difference in enhancing the guest experience.

We had a blast at the hotel with my buds, hitting up the nearby clubs and waterfront. The rooms were cool, the staff rocked being helpful, and the workout room was lit. Plus, the breakfast spread was fire for a quick munch before the next adventure!
Yo, it would've been dope if there was a chill hangout spot on, site for the late, night squad turn, up sessions! .

The rooms are clean and very spacious for families. The staff cares a lot and helps with everything you need.
It wasn't the cheapest option, but it’s still worth the price.

With no dresser drawers, it felt cramped, resembling a college dorm. Plus, dealing with noisy neighbors made it hard to relax—it was just an upsetting experience all around.

The location excels, nestled in a vibrant area with numerous restaurants and easy access to the waterfront. The breakfast was good, but a few sweets, like donuts or waffles, would elevate it. Coffee availability needs improvement; running out before 9 a.m. isn't ideal. Housekeeping should be automatic, especially for longer stays. There’s no dresser, which limits storage, and the room felt too sparse for comfort. No microwave or coffee pot made the stay less convenient. While I appreciated the low parking rates, my encounter with local youth was troubling. Staff were friendly, yet a bit casual. Attention to cleanliness and guest requests needs enhancement. A mixed experience worth considering, but not my first choice for a longer visit.

The complimentary hot cocoa in the lobby was a delightful touch for kids! Breakfast had it all—my daughter devoured the pancakes! The staff made us feel like family with their kindness and support.
Can recommend! ❤️😊

Our family had a blast at the hotel's vibrant neighborhood, with a short walk to the Piers and Fells points. We loved exploring the lively area filled with diverse dining options, perfect for family outings.
My kids wished for a more varied breakfast menu.

The rooms were always pretty clean, spacious, and comfy, perfect for xmas. My nieces and nephews loved the open sitting area to play and watch movies. The staff, especially Miriam, went above and beyond, arranging a smooth ride to the concert venue. Free wifi was a plus!
The breakfast was a bit artificial, and the options were limited. Some staff members, especially the young man post 3 pm, weren't as welcoming and helpful.

i was pleased with the entire place from top to bottom at Tru By Hilton. location was great and parking was across the street. great restaurants within walking distance. about 15-20 minute walk to Aquarium and Inner Harbor. very clean and professional. great place! breakfast was simple but appreciated. it was nice to have coffee available throughout the day and the snack bar seemed well stocked. the check-in process was simple and fast. the room was very clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the bathrooms were nice. the location was great for being able to walk/scooter just about anywhere.
Nothing, all excellent 😊

I loved the lobby vibes, super cozy to chill and a water bottle refill fountain, which is a green thumbs up. We were close to Horseshoe Casino for work, so that was convenient. The staff was friendly, and those soap dispensers are a neat touch.
The bed was as comfy as a wooden board, killed our backs each morning. Housekeeping only comes every 4 days or when we leave, not cool for a city break.

I loved the comfy beds and the friendly front desk staff. The lobby scrabble was a fun touch. Wish they had wrapped pastries for breakfast instead of unwrapped bagels.
Dragging my luggage across the street for parking was just the cherry on top of a perfect stay.

I chose Tru By Hilton in Little Italy because of its unique accessibility to the restaurants and shops of the Inner Harbor, and it was a pleasant surprise to find stayover housekeeping service available during our stay.
Price was $100 more than the AAA rate.
